2006 Suzuki C90 1500cc -6800 miles-clear title in Fairfax, Virginia For Sale

What's going on!
For sale is my xxxx Suzuki C90...I've grown to love this bike but it is time to go. I purchased it in July and rode it a few times since. I thought I would have more time to ride, guess not. I'm looking to sell it for $xxxx but reasonable offers will be considered.
The Bad: The previous owner kept the bike outdoors so there is some rust on some nuts and bolts...I tried to take some off, but the rest I will leave for its new owner...he also said the bike was laid down in xxxx in the parking lot while learning to ride...there is a scrape on the lower left engine cover (chrome).
The Good: I have installed the OEM Suzuki windshield which helps during highway riding...I also installed a rear passenger seatrest as well as the drivers seatrest...all fluids were done 2 weeks ago (receipts to prove) I also installed a new engine oil temp sensor...Front tire is new too....
This is a xxxxcc engine motorcycle, it runs like a beast. Sad to see it go, but it is time to move on. It has less than xxxx miles on it, and its a xxxx...thats very low mileage for this type of bike. The title is free and clear, no liens, holds, accidents or anything. Yes, the title is in my name as well.
I'm not in a rush to sell, so do not hit me up with some crazy offer....I will only respond to reasonable offers.
